Been a while since I’ve updated the site. Things have been pretty busy at work but I finally found some time to update Wordpress and all the plugins. My wife and I recently bought a new Hyundai Santa FE. I don’t get to drive it much and I can’t smoke in it but other than that it’s nice 
Was running into some issues with the Nightfall theme. Pretty swamped right now so I figured I’d switch back to the default theme rather than fixing the broken one. Gallery and the random picture are not accessible from the main page until I figure out what to do with the broken theme.
Still tweaking things here and there. Found a WordPress theme I like at Theme Time. Took a little tweaking but it seems to be working good now. Was simple enough to replace the default banner that came with the theme with my own little hack. Gallery2 is up and running but I don’t have many photos there yet. Using the WPG2 plugin made integrating Gallery into WordPress a snap. Hardest part was modifying the WordPress theme so Gallery2 still looked good while embedded. Couple other changes on the backend such as the Google Sitemap Generator for WordPress and AWStats for log file analyzing.
I’m having fun even if I have nothing to say 
Just got the site up and live. Still waiting on DNS to fully propagate until the chartlonfamily.net address will work. Have been playing around with WordPress trying to get it configured and looking good. Really like what I see from it so far.
